SBSD Staff will be available to measure in person on Saturday, November 15th from 8:30-10:30 am at the Poway Studio.

Important Dates:

Saturday, April 25 - Costume Pick Up Day + Show Assignments Posted (RB Studio)

Wednesday, May 13 - Picture Day (RB Studio)

Saturday, June 6 - Mandatory Dress Rehearsal (RB Studio)

Friday, June 12 - Mandatory Staging Run Through (CCAE)

Saturday, June 13 - 2026 Recital (CCAE)

The Show FAQ

  • Recital Fee -

    Early Bird Pricing: $115 per dancer ($65 for each additional sibling)

    Pricing after 11/21/25: $120 per dancer ($70 for each additional sibling)

    This fee includes the dancer's participation in recital (all rehearsals + recital day) and a professional recital video (via digital download).

    Costume Fee - $75-$80 per class

  • Tights & Shoes

    It will be the dancers responsibility to acquire the proper tights and shoes required for the recital. The Tights & Shoes list will be released in January and will list the style of tights and shoes needed for each class.

    Recital Tickets

    Recital tickets will be sold through the California Center for the Arts, Escondido in late May. Tickets prices will range from $22-$28 per ticket (plus any additional transaction fees).

  • There will be a 11am, 2pm and 7pm show. We will announce which classes will be performing in which show at Costume Pick Up Day on April 25th

  • Each show will be between 1.5 - 2 hours

  • Mandatory Dress Rehearsal

    Saturday, June 6th from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm at the RB Studio

    Mandatory Staging Run Through

    Friday, June 12th 3:30 pm - 8:30 pm at the California Center for the Arts Escondido (Each class has an assigned block of time to practice their performance on stage)

  • We will be holding picture day separate from dress rehearsal on Wednesday, May 13th at the RB Studio.

    Each class will have an assigned time for pictures.
